Shipping

+ DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes! It is our vision to connect people around the world. Therefore, we are open to shipping to folks in all countries. That said, it is important to remember that some postal systems in different countries around the world work at different paces and with different degrees of reliability. Please be mindful of this with respect to the system in place in your country.

+ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Typical shipping times are as follows:

Canada: 1-7 business days USA: 10 business days UK and many other European countries: 6 - 8 weeks Other countries: Depends on the level of service in your country and along the parcel’s journey, but about 12 weeks is the norm.

+ DOES MY ORDER HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Smaller items, like the set of 7 and set of 8 dotting tools, cost more than the item itself to send with a tracking number. In these cases, tracking numbers are not used.

For larger items, like combo packs, shipments do have tracking numbers.

+ HOW DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from our website system. If your order has a tracking number, it will be towards the top of the email. You can click on the tracking number at any time to check on the status of your parcel.

+ OOPS. I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Contact us and we will work with you to sort things out.

+ CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER AND IF SO HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Yes. The cost depends on your location but is typcially in the $100-$150 range for customers outside of Canada/USA. Contact us if you wish to make this arrangement.


Digital Patterns

+ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PURCHASE A DIGITAL PATTERN?

  1. Our website system immediately sends you an email with a link to download your digital item.

  2. Once you click on the link, you have 24 hours to download the item before the link expires.

  3. Download and save the file on your device for future use.

+ WHAT DO I DO IF THE 24 HOUR FOR DOWNLOADING THE PATTERN EXPIRED BEFORE I COMPLETED THE DOWNLOAD?

Contact us and we will resend the link from our website system. We make sure customers receive the digital patterns they purchase.

Yes they are copyrighted content. Patterns are not to be copied, shared, or distributed in any manner. Please see our Dotting FAQs section for more information.


Pattern Club

+ WHEN DOES MY PATTERN CLUB MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

The month you enrolled was the first of 12. If you can find your order confirmation email to check the date you made the purchase, you can determine your final month of membership.

We email Pattern Club members during their final month of current membership with the offer to renew.

+ I AM A PATTERN CLUB MEMBER. HOW DO I FIND THE PROMO CODE I CAN APPLY TO SOME PATTERNS?

The promo code is shared with you in your Welcome to the Pattern Club email. Members are also reminded of the promo code from time to time in their monthly emails.

+ WHAT PATTERNS CAN I APPLY THE PATTERN CLUB PROMO CODE TO?

Look for “Pattern Club members may apply their promo code” in the description of the pattern. The promo code can be applied to these patterns.
